We do not store payment information. All book purchases are handled by Amazon.

• To improve the platform and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Your Profile Content

Information you add to your profile — such as your alias, bio, and profile picture — is visible to other citizens. You may update or remove this information at any time from your dashboard.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, though anonymised usage statistics may be retained.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Access and update your profile information at any time from your dashboard
• Delete your account entirely from your dashboard

6. Cookies & Tracking

Xeronis Cosmos uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Firebase Analytics for aggregate usage statistics. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings.

• Firebase (Google) — hosting, database, authentication, storage

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

8. Children's Privacy

Xeronis Cosmos requires users to be at least 16 years old to create an account. Children under 16 may view the site and its content but may not create an account or post without parental consent.

If we learn that a user under 16 has created an account, we will terminate it and delete all associated data.
