1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Alias — your chosen display name
• Email address — for account management and notifications
• Gender, Date of Birth, Country — for profile building and age verification

When you use the Photo Studio, we store:

• Uploaded photos — images you provide to place yourself in scenes
• Generated images — images created by the AI at your request
• Prompts and preferences — the text and settings you use to guide generation

When you make a purchase on the platform, we do not store your full credit card or bank details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To generate images based on your prompts and reference photos
• To process token redemptions and maintain your token balance
• To send essential service communications (password resets, terms updates)
• To improve the platform and AI generation quality

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Your Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload for use in the Photo Studio are stored securely in Firebase Storage. You may delete them at any time. They are used solely for the purpose of generating images you request and are not shared publicly unless you choose to share the resulting generated image to the public feed.

4. AI Processing

When you request an image generation, your prompt and reference images are transmitted to Google's Gemini AI API for processing. Google does not use your data to train their models. Generated images are returned to us and stored in your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated images for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, though anonymized usage statistics may be retained. Images you shared to the public feed may remain visible if other users have interacted with them.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Access and update your profile information at any time
• Delete uploaded photos and generated images
• Request a copy of your data
• Delete your account entirely

7. Cookies & Tracking

Xeronis Cosmos uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Firebase Analytics for aggregate usage statistics. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings.

8. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — hosting, database, authentication, storage
• Google Gemini AI — image and text generation

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

9. Children's Privacy

Xeronis Cosmos requires users to be at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn that a user under 16 has created an account, we will terminate it and delete all associated data.
