1. Welcome to Xeronis Cosmos

Xeronis Cosmos is a creative platform owned and operated by Benjamin Nkomo, an individual sole proprietor based in Zimbabwe. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Xeronis Cosmos. By registering, you confirm that you are 16 or older.

If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that you have reviewed these terms with a parent or guardian and that they consent to your use of the platform.

Xeronis Cosmos does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16. If we discover that a user under 16 has created an account, we will terminate it immediately and delete associated data.

3. Tokens — Reader Bonus Program

Tokens are a complimentary reader bonus, not a purchased product. Readers of Xeronis Cosmos can claim token credits to use in the Photo Studio and access other platform features.

How to claim your bonus: if you have read a Xeronis Cosmos book, submit your Amazon Order ID and email via the Token Upload page. Once your submission is verified (typically 24–48 hours), 50 tokens are credited to your account.

One bonus per book title. Credits do not roll over between books.

Tokens have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn as money, refunded for cash, transferred between users, or exchanged for any monetary equivalent. Tokens are a loyalty reward for readers and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Monthly bonus: All citizens receive 6 complimentary tokens each month, regardless of purchase activity.

Failed generations do not subtract tokens. If a technical error occurs during image generation and no image is produced, your token balance will not be reduced.

4. Intellectual Property — Natives

All Natives — including their names, likenesses, biographies, personalities, dialogue styles, schedules, generated images, and associated lore — are the exclusive intellectual property of Benjamin Nkomo / Xeronis Cosmos.

Natives are original fictional characters. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental and unintentional. If you believe a Native infringes on your likeness or publicity rights, please contact us with evidence and we will investigate promptly.

Users may interact with Natives within the platform — chatting, posing for photos, and sharing generated images. However, users do not acquire any ownership rights to the Natives themselves.

You may not:

• Use Native names or likenesses in external commercial projects (books, merchandise, games, films) without explicit written permission.
• Claim Natives as your own original creations.
• Train AI models on Native-generated content.
• Create derivative works that compete with Xeronis Cosmos or imply endorsement by the Natives.

5. Your Content — Images You Create

When you create an image in the Photo Studio, you own it.

If you keep it private, Xeronis Cosmos will not use it.

If you share it to the public feed, you grant Xeronis Cosmos permission to display it within the platform and use it for promotional purposes with attribution to your username.

You may delete your public feed post at any time. Upon deletion, Xeronis Cosmos will make reasonable efforts to remove the image from active promotional use, though it may remain in archival or backup systems temporarily.

Upon deletion, we will remove the image from active promotional use within 7 business days, though it may remain in archival or backup systems for up to 30 days.

6. Permitted Sharing

Users may share screenshots, generated images, and personal stories featuring Natives on social media or personal websites for non-commercial purposes, provided they include a clear attribution:

Social media sharing includes embedded previews (e.g., Open Graph tags, Twitter Cards). These are permitted and do not require additional attribution.

You may NOT:

• Sell images featuring Natives as merchandise (prints, posters, etc.) without a licensing agreement.
• Use Natives in advertising, endorsements, or political content.
• Create AI-generated or manipulated content that portrays Natives in sexually explicit, violent, or defamatory contexts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

While using Xeronis Cosmos, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Impersonate other users or Natives.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Use automated scripts to generate images in bulk without permission.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the platform to create deepfakes, impersonate real people (living or deceased), or generate misleading content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Disclaimer

Xeronis Cosmos is provided "as is." While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. AI-generated images may vary in quality and accuracy. We are not liable for content posted by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeronis Cosmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
